January Session 1828

Ordered that administration on James Evans deceased be committed to Rosy Evans and that she give bond in the sum of two hundred dollars and gives as security Jno. Alexander Sr. & Elijah Melson.

Ordered that Henry Alexander, Elijah Melson, Abraham Pledger lay off to Rosy Evans her years allowance of the estate of her deceased husband.

April Session 1828

Jno. Alexander returned account of sales of the estate of James Evans deceased & filed.

July Session 1828

Jno. Alexander returned the years allowance of of the widow of James Evans & filed.

October Session 1829

Ordered that Abraham Pledger, Jos. McClees & James Pledger or any two settle the estate of James H. Evans with the administratrix & report to next term.

April Session 1830

Ordered that Abraham Pledger, Jos. McCleese & James Pledger or any two of them settle the estate of James Evans with the administrator & report to next term.

July Session 1830

Abraham Pledger returned in open court the audited account of the estate of James Evans deceased balance due the estate from Rosy Evans of $102.80.

January Session 1831

Ordered that Moses Davenport be appointed guardian to Jos. Evans an orphan.
