June Session 1765

A paper having appeared before this court purporting to be the last will and testament of Samuel Dwight the court is of opinion from the imperfections appearing on the face of the said will & other circumstances that the same connot be considered as a will and therefore order that administration may be committed Dalilah Dwight the wife of the deceased she giving security in the sum of 500 pounds Stevens Lee & Richd. Fagan.

Personally appeared Delalah Dwight and qualified administrator of all and singular the goods and chattells rights and goods &c. of Samuel Dwight deceased.

September Session 1765

Personally appeared Deligha Dwight admr. of Samuel Dwight deceased & exhibited an inventory of the estate of same Samuel & proved the same on her oath ordered filed.

On motion of Delighla Dwight admr. of Samuel Dwight for a devision of the estate of the sd. Samuel; ordered that Stevens Lee Esqr., Thomas Learey, & Evan Jones or any two of the aforesd. persons devide the estate of the same Samuel Dwight deceased between the widow &c. and make return to said court &c.

January Session 1782

Ordered that Thomas Mackey Esqr. deliver up the papers belonging to the estate of Samuel Dwight deceased to John Middleton.
