September Session 1758

The petition of Mary Dwight read praying letters of admn. on the estate of Jos. Dwight deceased. Granted. John Hardison Esqr., John Daly securities for the sd. adrt. in the sum of three hundred pounds proclamation money & sd. Mary qualified by taking the oath prescribed.

Mary Dwight exhibeted an inventory of the goods and chattells of Joseph Dwight deceased & proved the same on oath.

September Session 1760

Read the petition of Mary Dwight praying a devision of the estate of Joseph Dwight deceased. Ordered granted and William Mackey, Benjamin Blount Esqr. and John Daly or any two of them are appointed to divide the sd. estate and make return of their proceedings to our next court.

June Session 1761

Personally appeared Francis Ward and exhibited the division of the estate of Joseph Dwight deceased between the widow and his son. Ordered filed.
