October Session 1800

Ordered that Isaac Patrick have leave of administration on the estate of Jesse Davis and hath given bond in the some of five hundred pounds John Foster and Jeremiah Wynne securities.

January Session 1802

Ordered that Maxey Davis be appointed guardian pro hal vice to Ann Davis and Betsy Davis orphans of Jesse Davis.

Bond dated 28 Oct 1800 in the amount of five hundred pounds appointing Isaac Patrick administrator of the estate of Jesse Davis deceased, John Foster & Jeremiah Wynne securities.

Execution dated 25 Apr 1801 against the goods and chattels, lands and tenements of Jesse Davis deceased for two pounds, ten shillings and six pence debt and four shillings cost obtained at the instance of John Hamilton & John Foster. The heirs of Jesse Davis were cited to show cause, if any, wht execution should not issue and no objection was received.

There is also another execution in 1801 for a small amount at the instance of John Smith
