In the name of God Amen: I George W Davenport of County of Tyrrell, being in a feable state of health and diesirous to make some disposition of my estate, publish this my last Will and Testament Viz:-

Item - I will that all the land I own in Washington County be sold by executors upon such time and terms as they believe to be best. I also will that the land I purchased formerly belonging to Wm. Wynn decd be sold a sufficient of it to pay the debts due by me fro this purchase of it upon such terms and times as by executor to be the interest of my estate.

Item - Should my son Edward die before he comes at the age of 21 without having issue of his body I give all the property he may inherit from me to the children of my brothers William and Joseph Davenport and their heirs.
