Ordered that administration be granted to John Midyett on the estate of Nancy Davenport.

Ordered that Ephraim Mann Wm. Ethridge & Edmd. Alexander be appointed to audite & settle the estate of Nancy Davenport deceased and make return to the next term.
January Session 1828
Jno. Midyett returned the audited accounts of the estate of Nancy Davenport & Zellah Pledger balance due the estate of Nancy Davenport of $101.56.
