Ordered that John Davis executor of Richard Devenport deceased have leave to sell the perishable estate of Benjamin Devenport deceased son of said Richard deceased and make return to next court.

John Davis administrator of Benjamin Davenport deceased exhibited into court an inventory of the estate of said deceased on oath & ordered to be filed.
