July Session 1800

Ordered that John Dillon Junr. have leave of administration on the estate of John Dillon deceased and hath given bond in the some of five hundred pound and Jesse Bateman and Joseph Oliver securities.

Ordered that John Dillon Junr. have leave to sell the perishable part of the estate of John Dillon deceased.

October Session 1800

The account of sales of the estate of John Dillon deceased was returned in court by oath of Joseph Oliver 95 pounds, 14 shillings & 1 pence.

April Session 1801

Ordered that Capt. Asa Phelps & Joseph Oliver with Joseph Phelps Esqr. be appointed to lay off one years provision for Mary Dillon widow of John Dilon agreeable to Act of Assembly.

July Session 1801

The persons appointed to lay off the allowance of Mary Dillon out of the estate of John Dillon deceased returned in court an allowance of twelve pounds ten shillings filed.

July Session 1802

Ordered that Henry Norman Esqr. Jno. Bateman & Levi Bateman be appointed to audite and settle the account of Jno. Dillon vs. Jno. Dillon deceased and make returns to next court.

October Session 1802

Levi Bateman returns in court the audited account of the estate of John Dillon deceased ordered filed - ballance due the administrator 2 pounds, 15 shillings & 9 pence.

Ordered that John Dillon Junr. administrator of Jno. Dillon Senr. have leave to sell as much of the real estate of said John Dillon Senr. as will be sufficient to pay and discharge all the lawfull debts of said intestate according to the prayer of his petition filed this court.

Bond July Term 1800 in the amount of five hundred pounds appointing Jno. Dillon administrator of the estate of Jno. Dillon deceased, Jesse Bateman & Joseph Oliver securities.

Court order at April Term 1801 for Joseph Phelps Esqr., Capt. Asa Phelps & Joseph Oliver to lay off one year's provisions for Mary Dillon widow of Jno. Dillon deceased out of the deceased's estate. Statement that this was done on 28 Jul 1801.

Account of the estate of John Dillin deceased with his administrator, John Dillin. Audited on 26 October in year not stated by Levi Batman & John Batman. Balance due the administrator of 2 pounds, 15 shillings & 9 pence.
