October Session 1782

Richard Howett appeared in open court and prayed administration on the estate of Benjn. Dillin deceased granted.

Richard Howett appeared in open court and qualified administrator to the estate of Benjn. Dillin and gave in security John Wynne & Leven Rhoads in a bond of 1,000 pounds specie.

Ordered that Richard Howett sell so much of the estate of Benjn. Dillin deceased as shall pay his debts and make returns to next court.

January Session 1783

Ordered that Capt. Richard Howett administrator of Benjn. Dillon deceased have leave to sell the land belonging to said deceased lying & being on the west end of Lake Phelps & discharge the debts of sd deceased.

April Session 1783

Appeared Richd. Howett administrator in open court & exhibited an account against the estate of Benja. Dillin deceased & allowed 40 shillings & ordered to be filed.

July Session 1783

Appeared William Howett Depy {Sheriff} in open court & exhibited an account of sales of the estate of Benjamin Dillin deceased & ordered to be filed.

April Session 1788

Richard Howett administrator of Benjamin Dillin deceased exhibited in court his account of said deceaseds estate and there appears to be a balance due the estate of 16 pounds, 3 shillings & 3 pence ordered filed settled per auditors appointed this term.
