April Session 1802

Ordered that Ezlia Caroon have leave of administration on the estate of John Caroon deceased and has given bond in the sum of five hundred pounds Samuel Spruill Esqr. and Samuel Midyett securities.

Ezlia Caroon returned in open court on oath the inventory of John Caroon deceased ordered filed.

Ordered that Samuel Spruill Esqr. Paul Thoroughgood Esqr. and Isaac Patrick be appointed to lay off the years allowance for Mrs. Ezlia Caroon out of the estate of John Caroon deceased agreeable to Act of Assembly and make return to next court.

Ordered that Mrs. Ezlia Caroon have leave to sell the perishable estate of John Caroon deceased and make return to next court.

Ordered that Mrs. Ezlia Caroon be appointed guardian to her two children Joseph Caroon and Nancy Caroon and has given bond in the sum of five hundred pounds Samuel Rudder and Saml. Midyett securities.

July Session 1802

Mrs. Zelah Coroon returned in court on oath the inventory of John Coroon deceased filed.

Mrs. Zelah Coroon returned in court on oath the account of sails of the estate of Jno. Coroon deceased to the amount of 102 pounds, 15 shillings & 9 pence.

October Session 1802

Saml. Spruill Esqr. returned in court the years allowance laid off out of the estate of John Caroon deceased amounting to 26 pounds & 5 shillings filed for his widow.

October Session 1803

Ordered that Zellah Caroon be appointed guardian to Joseph Caroon & Nancy Caroon orphans of John Caroon deceased and hath given bond in the sum of five hundred pounds Paul Thoroughgood & Elijah Warrington securities.

Ordered that Zillah Caroon be allowed two pounds for keeping Joseph and Nancy Caroon orphans of John Caroon from the 23d December 1801 till October Term 1803.

January Session 1807

Ordered that Samuel Spruill Esqr. John A. Melson and William Combs be appointed to audite the estate of John Caroon and make return to next court.

January Session 1808

Samuel Spruill Esqr. returne in court the audited and settled account between the estate of John Caroon deceased and the administrator which shows a ballance due the administrator the sum of nine pounds, nine shillings /9d account filed.
