Ordered that Samuel Rogers be appointed administrator on the estate of Jno. Cooper deceased - he now entering into bond in the sum of ten dollars Hny. C. Lewis security.

Summons dated 24 Jun 1826 for John Cooper to appear before a Justice of the Peace at Columbia on 22 Jul 1826 to answer the complaint of D. M. Sargeant in a plea of debt due by note in the sum of forty dollars.

Bond dated 25 Jul 1833 in the amount of ten dollars appointing Samuel Rogers administrator of the estate of John Cooper deceased, David M. Sergeant security.

Summons dated the fourth Monday in October 1833 and issued 14 Nov 1833 for Isaac & Aliss Ann Cooper to appear in court on the fourth Monday in January next to show cause, if any, why a judgement should not be levied against the lands and tenements of John Cooper deceased. The judgement was obtained by David M. Sargent against Samuel Rogers, administrator of the estate of John Cooper deceased.

Execution dated 4 Jan 1835 and issued 18 Feb 1835 in which the Sheriff is commanded to expose to sale the lands of John Cooper deceased which was levied on at the instance of David M. Sergent to satisfy the sum of $31.79 recovered against the heirs of Jno. Cooper for debt and interest from 24 Jan 1826 and also $7 for costs of the suit. Land bought at auction on 28 Apr 1835 by D. S. Godfrey for $60.70.
