Note dated 6 Nov 1803 in which Moses E. Cator & Zebulon Tarkenton promise to pay 31 pounds & 10 shillings six months later to Kenneth Clark administrator of John Clark for value received. Witnessed by Enoch Fagan.

Note dated 6 Nov 1803 in which Joseph Tarkinton & Zebulon Tarkenton promise to pay 39 pounds & 7 shillings six months later to Kenneth Clark administrator of John Clark for value received. Witnessed by Joseph Oliver.

Note dated 6 Nov 1803 in which Joseph Tarkenton, Joshua Hassell & Peter Marriner promise to pay 44 pounds & 8 shillings six months later to Kenneth Clark administrator of John Clark for value received. Witnessed by Enoch Fagan.

There are a number of subpoenas and executions related to suits by Kenneth Clark, administrator of the estate of John Clark, attempting to recover the debts cited above. These span the years 1804 through 1807 and further identify Peter Marriner as Peter Marriner Junr., Joseph Tarkenton in the note with Joshua Hassell & Peter Marriner as Joseph Tarkenton of Joshua and Joseph Tarkenton in the note with Zebulon Tarkenton as Joseph Tarkenton Senr.. A summons also identifies Enoch Fagan as a resident of Washington County.
