October Session 1806

Ordered that Ann Cullipher have leave of administration on the estate of Henry Cullipher deceased and hath given bond in the sum of one thousand pounds Joseph White and gave for her security Richard Davis Joseph Ansley Esqr. and Isaac Jones.

Ann Cullipher returned in court on oath an inventory of the estate of Henry Cullipher deceased which is filed.

Ordered that Ann Cullipher administratrix of Henry Cullipher deceased have leave to sell the perishable estate of Henry Cullipher deceased and make return to next court.

January Session 1807

Thomas Weatherly returned on oath an account of sales for the chattel property of Henry Cullipher deceased amount 278 dollars & 45 1/2 cents.

October Session 1807

Ordered that Richard Davis be appointed guardian to the orphans of Henry Cullipher deceased and hath given bond in the sum of two thousand pounds Seth Phelps security -- Thomas Cullipher Isaac Cullipher & Eliza Cullipher {interlined}.

January Session 1808

Ordered that John A. Patrick Esqr. Joseph White and Thomas Liverman audite the estate of Henry Cullipher and make return to next court and divide also.

August Session 1808

Ordred that Jno. A. Patrick Joseph White and Jeremiah Wynne audite the accounts between the hears of Henry Cullipher and the guardian and make return to next court.

November Session 1808

Joseph Ansley Esqr. returned in court the audited accounts of Henry Cullipher deceased filed ballance due the estate $22.95.

Ordered that Tubman Dashiel be allowed out of the estate of Henry Cullipher deceased for the support of three children from the 4th August 1807 till the 8th November 1808 at 12 pounds per year total amount 36 pounds justices on the bench Joseph Ansley Paul Thoroughgood & Henry Alexander Esqrs.

February Session 1809

Ordered that Tubman Dashiel be allowed for keeping two children of Henry Culliphers three months @ 20/ 6-0-0.

June Session 1810

Ordered that execution issue against the property of Henry Cullipher deceased to satisfy an execution against Tubman Dashiel as guardian if legal.

April Session 1813

Ordered that Isaac Cullipher orphan of Henry Cullipher deceased be bound to James Cullipher to learn the art and mistery of a cooper and to be learnt to read write and cypher as far as the rule of three.

October Session 1815

Ordered that Isaac Cullipher orphan of Henry Cullipher deceased be bound an apprentice to Richard Lucas untill he arrives to lawfull age to learn the art of a farmer & to be taught to read rite and cypher as far as the rule of three.

Ordered that Thomas Cullipher orphan of Henry Cullipher deceased be bound an apprentice to Cleophas Wiley to learn the art & mistery of a ship carpenter and to have him taught to read write and cypher as far as the rule of three.

Bond dated 28 Oct 1806 in the amount of one thousand pounds appointing Ann Cullipher administratrix of the estate of Henry Cullipher deceased with Richard Davis, Joseph Jones & Joseph Ansley Esqr. securities.

Bond dated 28 Oct 1807 in the amount of two thousand pounds appointing Richard Davis guardian of Thomas Cullipher, Isaac Cullipher & Elizabeth Cullipher orphans of Henry Cullipher deceased.

Execution dated 13 Apr 1813 and issued 8 May 1813 against the estate of Henry Cullipher in the amount of 36 pounds which Tubman Dashiel recovered against them for debt plus court costs of one pound, 14 shillings & 6 pence.
