April Session 1806

Ordered that Jno. A. Patrick Esqr. have an administration on the estate of John Cullipher deceased and hath given bond in the sum of five hundred pounds Joseph White security.

Jno. A. Patrick Esqr. returned on oath an inventory of the estate of John Cullipher deceased filed.

Ordered that Jno A. Patrick Esqr. have leave to sell the perishable part of the estate of John Cullipher deceased and make return to next court.

July Session 1806

Ordred that John Clayton Senr. Joseph White and Thomas Sikes Esqr. lay off the years allowance to Pethena Cullipher out of the estate of Jno. Cullipher deceased and make return to next court.

October Session 1806

Jno. Clayton Senr. return in court the years allowance of Pethena Cullipher widow of Jno. Cullipher out of the estate of said deceased as follows viz. 16 blls corn 1 1/4 barrels pork a parcel of undressed flax a small parcel of cotton a small parcel of wool and we allow the said Pethena to draw upon the administrator for thirty five dolars and 59 cents. Jno. Clayton Jos. White and Thomas Sikes.

January Session 1807

John A. Patrick Esqr. returned on oath the account of sales of the estate of John Cullipher the amount of 407 pounds & 20 shillings.

May Session 1808

Ordered that John A. Patrick Esqr. administrator of the estate of John Cullipher deceased have leave to sell the lands of the said deceased suficient to pay the debs due by said deceased and make return to next court.

Jno. A. Patrick Esqr. returned in court the audited accounts between him and the estate of John Cullipher and there appears a ballance due the said J. A. Patrick Esqr. as administrator of said deceased 6 pounds & 12 shillings.

August Session 1808

Jno. A. Patrick Esqr. returned on oath in court an inventory and account of sale of the land & property of Jno. Cullipher to the amount of $160.00.

June Session 1809

Ordered that the widdow of John Cullipher deceased be allowed for maintenance of two children heirs of the said deceased @ 2 years each @ 12 pounds each - - - 48 pounds and that Jno. A. Patrick administrator pay the same.

October Session 1811

Ordered that Joseph White David Clayton and John Clayton audite and settle the accounts between the estate of John Cullipher deceased and John A. Patrick administrator and make return next court.

January Session 1812

Joseph White returned in court the audited account of John Culliphers estate vs. the administrator Jno. A. Patrick and find a ballance due the administrator $8.89.

Bond dated 28 Apr 1806 in the amount of five hundred pounds appointing John A. Patrick Esqr. administrator of the estate of John Cullipher deceased with Joseph White security.

Allowance to Theney Cullipher widow of John Cullipher deceased dated 26 Jun 1809. Allowance from the estate of 48 pounds for the board of two children for two years.
