January Session 1818

Ordered that Jeremiah Wynne have leave to administer on the estate of Benjamin Cahoon deceased Jeremiah Wynne took the oath of administration accordingly and entered into bond according to law giving Charles Hoskins & James Hassell Junior for securities.

April Session 1818

Jeremiah Wynn Esqr. returned in open court the account of sales of the estate of Benjamin Cahoon deceased to amount of $304.00 filed.

January Session 1820

Ordered that John A. Patrick Joseph White & David Clayton audite & settle the estate of Benjamin Cohoon deceased with his administrator & make report to the next term.

April Session 1820

Report of auditors on the estate of Benjamin Cohoon deceased ballance due the estate $18.92 cents was returned to court & filed.
