Benjamin Blount Esqr. is appointed administrator of all & singular the good and chattles of Benjamin Barrett deceased he giving security in the sum of two hundred pounds proclamation money & enters John Hardison & Stevens Lee securitys.
Benjamin Blount Esqr. is appointed guardain of the person & estate of Penelopy Barrett orphan of Benjamin Barrett deceased & enters John Hardison & Stevens Lee securities in the sum of one hundred pounds proclamation money.
June Session 1766
Benjamin Blount Esqr. exhibited the inventory of the estate of Benjamin Barrett deceased and proved the same upon his oath ordered filed.
