Petition October Term 1838 by Samuel Leigh, Joseph Alexander & John A. Brickhouse as administrator of Gilbert Brickhouse deceased who state that in April Term 1836 they became bound as sureties to the guardian bond of Richard A. Summons dated the fourth Monday in October 1838 and issued 7 Nov 1838 for Richard A. Meekins, guardian to Louisa D. & Ann E.
