I Nancy H Armstrong do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following. I give and bequeath to my beloved husband Wilson Armstrong all of my real estate Consisting of 73 acres of land more or less on which we now live adjoining the lands of Elliott Armstrong and William Cahoon also all of my personal property to have and to hold to him his heirs executors administrators & assigns forever. I do hereby publish and appoint my beloved husband aforesaid my executor to this my last will & testament. In testimony I have hereunto set my & seal this 19th day of December 1872.

A paper writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Nancy Armstrong deceased is exhibited before me the undersigned Judge of Probate of Probate in and for said County by Wilson Armstrong the executor therein named and the executor thereof by the said Nancy H Armstrong by the oath and examination of John W Cahoon and Ashbe Cahoon two of the subscribing witnesses thereto who being duly sworn do depose say each and each for himself deposith and saith that he is a subscribing witness to the paper writing now shown him purporting to be the last will and testament of Nancy H Armstrong that the said deceased in the presence of this deponants acknowledged the subscribing her name at the end of said paper writing which is now shown as aforesaid which bears date on the 19th day of December 1872. And the said deponants further saith that the said Nancy H Armstrong the testator aforesaid did at the time of subscribing her name as aforesaid did declare the paper writing so subscribed by her and exhibited to be her last will and testament and this deponant did therefore subscribe this name at the end of said will as an attesting witness thereto and at the request and in the presence of the testator. And this deponant further said that at the said time when the said testator subscribed her name to the said last will as aforesaid the said Nancy H Armstrong was of sound mind and memory of full age to execute a will and was under no restraint to the knowledge in formation or belief of these deponants and further these deponants saith not.

Severally sworn and subscribed this 23d day of December 1880.
