Transcriber's Notes:
Tyrrell County marriage bonds show the marriage of Edward Ansley to Neomi Davis on 12 Jun 1788, Simeon Spruill security; also the marriage of Henry Alexander to Neomi Ansley on 29 Nov 1795, Joel Norman security. Further note that Joseph Tarkinton married Elizabeth Ansley on 6 Apr 1785, Simeon Spruill security, which indicates that Elizabeth was possibly Edward's sister.
