Tyrrell County Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions
October Session 1821
Administration on the estate of John Anderson deceased was committed to Betsey Anderson who entered into bond with approved security & quallified agreeable to law. Ordred that letters of administration issue thereon & that she proceed to sell the perishable estate of said deceased & account for the same as the law directs.
January Session 1822
Elizabeth Anderson administratrix to the estate of John Anderson deceased returned on oath in open court an inventory & account sales of the said deceased amounting to &83.77 1/2 & filed.
Elizabeth Anderson filed in the clerks office a coppy of the advertisements notifying the creditors of said deceased filed.
