In the name of God Amen I Warren Andrews of the county of Tyrrell in the Province Aforesd. being sick of body but of perfect and sound mind and knowing it is appointed for all men once to die do make ordain constitute and appoint this my Last Will and Testament in manner and form following (to Witt)

First I leave in the possession of my son Edmun Andrews one Negro man named Simon one feather bed and furniture, two cows & calves, two pewter dishes one bason and some spoons, also one iron pott, all the above articles I leave in the possession of my son Edmun Andrews for the use and benefitt of my Daughter Mille Blunt and her children, to be supported in at the discreation of my said son Edmun during the life of Thomas Blunt her husband, and after his death I desire what of these sd. articles before mentioned being then remaining shall be delivered up by my son Edmun or his heirs or Executors to my daughter MillieBlunt or to her children in case she is not then living or the value thereof, to be divided between my sd. daughters children, Only giving unto my grandson Benjamin Blunt something more than an equal part with the other children which I leave to the discretion of my son Edmun and my daughter Millie Blunt as they shall think best.

Item I give unto my daughter Millie Blunt five shilling sterling to her and to her heirs for Ever.

Item I lend unto my daughter Martha Pearse the Plantation where on she now lives during all of her natural life and after her death I give the sd. Plantation to her son Lovick Pearse to him and to his heirs for Ever. I likewise lend unto my daughter Pearse the use of one Negro man named Tony one feather bed and furniture two pewter dishes one bason and some spoons during of her natural life and after her death these sd. Articles to be equally divided or the value thereof amongst my sd. daughter Martha Pearse's children Lovick Pearse excepted to them and to their heirs for ever.

Item I give unto my daughter Elizabeth Andrews one Negro man named Harry, one feather bed and furniture, two pewter dishes one bason and some spoons to her and her heirs for Ever.

Item I give unto my son Edmun Andrews the land whereon he now lives which I purchase of James Bonner containing one hundred and fifty acres as will more fully appear by the deed I have from the sd. Bonner. Also I give unto him one Negro man named Sam, one Negro Man named Robin, one black walnut desk, one black walnut oval table, to him and to his heirs for Ever.

Item I give unto my son Etheldred Andrews the land whereon I now live, it being the land I purchased of Osburn(?) Jeffers as will more fully appear by the deed I had form said Jeffers. Also one Negro women named Diner, to him and to his heir for Ever.

Item I give unto my son Levi Andrews one Negro man named Hed, one still to him and to his heirs for Ever.

Item I lend unto my loveing wife Sarah one Negro man named Pompey, one feather bed and furniture, it being the bed whereon I now lie. Also one horse named Streamover & bridle and saddle, two cows and calves, two pewter dishes, three plates, one bason and some spoons, one iron pott, one safe that she keeps her cloaths in, and all the above afticles after my said wife's death I desire they may be returned back and be equally divided amongst such of my children then living.

Item I give unto my loveing wife Sarah the sum of five pounds proclamation money to her and her heirs for Ever. My desire is after my death, that all the residue of my estate of what kind so ever, not here mentioned shall be appraised by two free holders such as my Executors shall think proper and equally divided amongst such of my children as shall be then alive or thier heirs.

Lastly I nominate Constitute and appoint my three sons Edmun Andrews, Etheldred Andrews & Levi Andrews executors to this my Last Will and Testament hereby revoking & disannulling all others heretofore by me made in witness wereof the sd. Warren Andrews hath hereunto set his hand and seal the fourth day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and seventy two.

The within last Will and Testament of Warren Andrews was proved before me this 28th day of February 1774 by the Oath of John Sherrod one of the subscribing witnesses thereto who swore that he was present and did see the said Testator sign and deliver publish and declare the same to be and contain his last will and Testament and that at the time thereof he was of sound and disposing mind and memory and Edmund Andrews and Etheldred Andrews two of the Executors in the said will named having taken the oaths of executors and qualified agreeable to law. It is ordered that Letters Testamentary issue _____ accordingly.
