October Session 1806

Ordered that Agness Alexander have leave of administration on the estate of Ezekiel Alexander deceased and has given bond in the sum of five hundred pounds Arthur Davis and Peter Brickhouse son of Major her securities.

Agness Alexander returned on oath an inventory of the estate of Ezekiel Alexander deceased filed.

Ordered that Agness Alexander have leave to sell the perishable part of the property of Ezekiel Alexander deceased and make return to next court.

Ordered that Colo. Jesse Alexander Devotion Perisho John Tarkinton with a Justice of the Peace Abner Alexander lay off a years allowance to Agness Alexander out of the estate of her husband Ezekiel Alexander and make return to next court.

January Session 1807

Agness Alexander returned on oath the account of sales of the perishable estate of Ezekiel Alexander deceased amount 39 pounds, 6 shillings & 4 pence.

Colo. Jesse Alexander returned in court the years allowance made to Agness Alexander out of the estate of Ezekiel Alexander deceased as follows:
19 barrells Indian Corn - - - 38 pounds
9 head of hoggs @ 30/ - - 13 pounds & 10 shillings
50 lb sugar @ 1/6 - - - - 3 pounds & 15 shillings
20 lb coffee @ 4/ - - - - 4 pounds
Total - - - - 59 pounds & 5 shillings

June Session 1809

Ordered that Jesse Alexander Moses E. Cator & Isaac Davenport be appointed audite & settle the accounts of Ezekiel Alexander with the administrator and make return to next term.

September Session 1809

The audited account of the estate of Ezikel Alexander was returned in court by Jesse Alexander Colo.
