April Session 1784

Appeared in open court Col. John Warringon and prayed administration on the estate of Michael Alexander deceased granted and give bond in 200 pounds Col. Joseph Spruill & John Devenport securitys.

Ordered that the said Col. John Warrington have leave to sell the perishable part of the estate of the said Michl. Alexander deceased and make return to next court.

July Session 1784

An account of sales of the estate of Michael Alexander deceased returned into open court by William Howett DS amounting to 48 pounds, 6 shillings & 5 pence on oath and ordered to be filed.

An inventory of the estate of Michael Alexander deceased was returned into open court by Col. John Warrington administrator of said deceased & ordered to be filed.

July Session 1788

John Warrington administrator of Michael Alexander Junr. deceased appeared in court and produced accounts for his full settlement of said deceased estate ordered filed.

Bond in April Term 1784 in the amount of two hundred pounds appointing John Warrington administrator of the estate of M. Alexander, Jos. Spruill & John Davenport securities.

Execution dated 6 July 1786 and issued 2 Aug 1786 against the goods and chattels, lands and tenements of Joshua Alexander & Benjamin Hassell securities of Sophia/Saphria Alexander & Michael Alexander deceased as guardian of her estate for fifty four pounds, ten shillings & seven pence, recovered by Willis Cooper & wife & Joseph Poole and wife in a suit against Sophia Alexander and others for debt, damage & costs.
