April Session 1813

Ordered that Zillah Bateman be allowed the sum of 7 pounds a year for the maintenance of her son Charles Bateman for the years 1811 & 1812 against Jesse Alexander Junr. deceased estate and his securities for the maintenance of said child.

July Session 1813

Ordered that Agness Alexander have administration on the estate of Jesse Alexander deceased and has given bond in the sum of two hundred pounds Michel Walker & Isaac Hassell securities.

October Session 1813

An inventory & account of sales of the estate Jesse Alexander Junr. deceased returned to court on oath by Agness Alexander and ordered filed.

Bond dated 13 Jul 1813 in the amount of two hundred pounds appointing Agness Alexander administratrix of the estate of Jesse Alexander deceased, Isaac Hassell & Matthew Brickhouse securities.

Various summons and executions dealing with debt by the estate of Jesse Alexander Junr., principally to Richard Davis administrator of the estate of John McCrea deceased.


Transcriber's Notes:
Agness Alexander is most likely the widow of Ezekiel Alexander who died circa 1806, making it probable that Jesse Alexander Junr. was their son.
