Know all ye Cristan people that I by the blesed will of Allmity God that I acknowledge this to be my last Will and Testament

Know ye that I give and bequeve unto my loving son Ludford Alexander my plantation that I live on which contains one hundred

I end unto my loving wife Elizabeth the plantation that I now live on dureing hir wider hood

I give and bequeve unto my loving son Abram Alexander forty fore squars land ling the West side of Secone Creek lieing between William Best and Mirchel Wilson

I give and bequeve unto my lovin wife one bed and furniture and bed sted

I give and bequeve unto my lovin wife one dish one small bason two new plats one chist

I give and bequeave to my loving dafter Nancy Alexander one bed and furniture and bed stid four puter plates three puter basins one small pot

I give and bequeve to my son Abram Alexander one large iron pot one mill one case.

I give and bequeve to my son Ludford Alexander one gun one cow and calf one heifer three year old one you and lamb one sow one stock of bees

I give to my wife one linning weel one cow & yerlin one you and lamb

I give unto son Abram one cow and heffer two yows and one sow

I give unto my dafter Nancy one wooling weel one loom one three year old heffer one you and lamb

I give unto my wife one iron pot and one iron oven and the remainder part of my astate I leve my loving wife Elizabeth to bee one of my executors and my brother Isaac Alexander the other executor and this I do acknowledg this to be my last Will and Testament

The last will and testament of Ludford Alexander was proved in open court by the oath of Michael Alexander ordered that the Secretary have notice that letters testamentary may issue.

Isaac Alexander & Elizabeth Alexander executors to the last will and testament of Ludford Alexander took the oaths & qualified.

Elizabeth Alexander proved in open court an inventory of the estate of Ludford Alexander.
