MRS. DAISY ANN RUFF LAWTER, 69, w/o F. D. LAWTER of Mill Spring Rt.2, died unexpectedly at her
home in Cooper
Gap.
She was a native of Polk Co., d/o the
late JESSIE and SARAH BAILEY RUFF. She was a member of Cooper Gap Bapt. church.
Funeral services will be held
at Cooper Gap church with Revs. GEORGE LYNCH and PAUL STEPP officiating, burial
in church cemetery.
Pallbearers; EDISON RUFF, CAROL
RUFF, BRYSON RUFF, JOE OWENSBY, JAY OWNESBY, and HERMAN COX.
Surviving in addition to her
husband are one son, EARLEY OWENSBY, of Mill Spring, Rt. 2; 2 brothers,
GARRISON RUFF, Hendersonville, and LARKENS RUFF, Gerton; 18 grandchildren
and 6 g-grandchildren.
The body is at the home and McFarland
Funeral Home of Tryon is in charge.
