There is a Nicholson cemetery a short distance, (within a mile) of Town of Ellerbe. As one passes through Ellerbe headed north on #220 a road veers off to left that runs into #73 a mile or two away. Before reaching #73 a road leads to to left to the residence of Cliff McLeod and his wife, Ann Nicholson. Always ask permission before visiting a private cemetery.
