	Mastin Kerly Clark, 88, of 2213 E. Fifth St., died Friday.  Funeral is 11 a.m. Monday at Sharon Memorial Park.
	Survivors are nephew, Harold Clark; niece, Mrs. Pansy McLester.  Harry and Bryant is in charge.

Mastin Kerly Clark born 1890, died 10/6/1978 at age 88.  He had a small service station in the 1200 block of 
Central Ave. and also worked at J.T. Beaty Machine Co. My father Gene remembers visiting him at his service 
station when he was about 7 to feed a pet squirrel that M.K. kept in a cage.

I, M.K. Clark, of the County and State aforesaid, being of sound mind and memory, but considering the uncertainty 
of this my earthly existence, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament.
ITEM 1 I direct that my Executrix and Executor, hereinafter named, shall give my body a decent burial and pay all 
funeral expenses, together with all my just debts, out of the first moniess which may come into their hands belonging 
to my estate.
ITEM 2.  I give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved niece, Pansy Clark McLester, wife of S.A. McLester, a 
two-thirds (2/3) undivided interest in and to all of my property real, personal and mixed, wheresover situate 
to have and to hold forever, in fee simple.
ITEM 3.  I give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved nephew, Harold E. Clark, a one-third (1/3) undivided 
interest in and to all of my property real, personal and mixed, wheresoever situate to have and to hold forever, 
in fee simple.
ITEM 4.  I nominate and appoint Pansy Clark McLester and Harold E. Clark, Executrix and Executor, jointly, of 
this my Last Will and Testament.
ITEM 5.  I give to my Executrix and Executor, jointly, full power to sell, convery, mortgage, hypothecate, invest, 
re-invest, exchange, control and in any way use and deal with any and all property of my estate without application 
to Court for leave or confirmation, except insofar as the same is expressly required by Law.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I M.K. Clark, have hereunto set my hand and seal in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, on this 
the 7th day of November, 1961

	W.A. Clark died at his home near Hamlet last Wednesday evening and was buried at Lancy graveyard, with funeral 
	services conducted by Rev. J. B. Willias of the Baptist church.  Mr. Clark was a good citizen enjoying the confidence 
	and respect of his fellowmen.  He was a member of the Baptist church and of the Junior Order.
	Surviving are his wife and ten children.  They are: Miss Susie Clark of Hannah Pickett; Mrs. W. O. Hayatt of Cordova; 
	Mrs. M.C. Roberson of Rockingham; Willie, Walter, Joseph, Morton, and Roland, and Miss Judie Clark of Hamlet.  Five 
	brothers and one sister also survive.

	Mrs. Clark was born Nov. 25, 1872 in Montgomery County.

Henry T. Clark

	Henry T. Clark, of 2213 East 5th St., died Saturday at 11 p.m. in a local hospital after an illness 
	of 9 days.  Mr. Clark, son of the late Martin C. and Mary Williams Clark, was born April 27, 1882 in 
	Richmond County.  In 1903 he became associated with the Liddell Cotton Machinery Co., later known as 
	the J.T. Beaty Co. Mr. Clark retired in 1957.  He attended the First Baptist Church.  Surviving are 
	a daughter, Mrs. S.A. McLester of Charlotte; a son, Harold E. Clark, of Charlotte; a brother, M.K. Clark, 
	of Charlotte; 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.  Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Monday 
	from the harry and Bryant Chapel in the Oaks.  The Rev. W. J. Nolan, Jr., of the First Baptist Church will 
	officiate.  Interment will be in Elmwood Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be Tommy Wall, High Point, N.C., 
	Edward Gilliam, Winston-Salem, Duran Davis, Shelby, William McLester, Myrtle Beach, S.C., Wade W. Hussey 
	and Haywood Thompson.

Henry Thomas Clark worked at J.T. Beaty Machine Co.  Last address was 2213 E. Fifth St., Charlotte, living 
with his daughter Pansy McLester and her husband Sam.  He fell at home and fractured his left hip on 6/29/1961
and died 7/8/1961 at age 79, official cause of death was heart failure due to shock.

		Services Conducted at Seventeenth Street Home by Pastor.

	Funeral services were held at the home yesterday afternoon for Mrs. Ada L. Clark, 907 East Seventeenth street, 
	who died late Thursday following an illness of about two weeks.  Burial was in Elmwood Cemetery.
	The services were in charge of Rev. R.D. Carroll, pastor of Allen Street Baptist Church, of which Mrs. Clark 
	was a member.  Dr. Luther Little, pastor of the First Baptist church, assisted.
	Mrs. Clark, who was 43 years old, had lived in Charlotte the past 26 years.  her husband is connected with the 
	Liddell company here.  Surviving, in addition to Mr. Clark, are a daughter, Pansy May; a son Harold Eugene; 
	three brothers, George Gilliam, Jr., Fayetteville; Charles Gilliam, Rockingham; and W. T. Gilliam, Albemarle;

	Malcom Crawford Clark, 84, of 64 Park St., East Rockingham, died at his home Friday night.  A native of 
	Richmond County, Mr. Clark was born June 22, 1892, a son of Mack and Mary Ann Williams Clark.  He was 
	the widower of Mary L. Peek.  Mr. Clark was a retired textile employee.
	Funeral services were held Sunday at 3 p.m. from the Carter Colonial Chapel with the Rev. J. W. Strickland 
	officiating.  Burial was in Eastside Cemetery.
