ROBERT WILLIAMS, has addressed the people of Edgecombe, Pitt, Beaufort and Hyde, Washington and Tyrrell, on the subject of the next President, and declared himself a candidate for the appointment of elector: If elected he will vote for MR. MONROE or GEN PINCKNEY, and will be governed in his vote by the best information he can obtain which of the two candidates will be successful. |
