    ALEXANDER NELSON
    
    Original Attachment: Levied on a piece of land, supposed to contain 120 acres, 
    adjoining the lands of GILES NELSON, EDWARD LAUGHTENHOUSE, SAMUEL TUTEN and 
    LEVIN ADAMS
    
    It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant, ALEXANDER 
    NELSON is not a resident of this State; it is therefore ordered by the Court 
    that publication be made for three months in the Raleigh Minerva, that unless 
    the Defendant appear at our next term of Court to be held for the County of 
    Pitt in the Court House at Greensville, on the 1st Monday in November and 
    February next, and replevy and plead,  judgment will be entered against him 
    pro confesso.
