Vs.
WM. MURPHEY and others
Original Bill
It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that one of the defendants, JOHN
HEATH is not a resident of this State; it is therefore ordered by the Court
that publication be made for three weeks in the Raleigh Minerva, that unless
the Defendant appear at our next term of Court to be held for the County of
Pitt in the Court House at Greensville, on the 1st Monday in September next,
and put in his answer the Bill of Complaint, judgment will be entered against
him pro confesso.
