PITT COUNTY

JAMES SHEPPARD, Administrator of OLIVER SMITH, deceased

       Vs.

DAVID SMITH, Administrator of CULLEN EDWARDS, deceased

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that one of  the defendants, 
JOHN HEATH, is not a resident of this State; it is therefore ordered by the 
Court that publication be made for three weeks  in the Raleigh Minerva, that 
unless the Defendant appear at our next term of Court to be held for the 
County of Pitt in the Court House at Greensville, on the 1st Monday in March 
next, and put an answer to the complaint,  judgment will be entered against 
him.
