EXECUTOR’S NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Subscriber, at the February term, of Pitt
County Court, qualified as Administrator on the estate of her deceased
husband, DAVID SMITH, deceased. Those indebted to the said estate are
requested to make payment immediately, and those having claims against said
estate are notified to present, duly
authenticated within the time prescribed by law or this notice will be plead
in bar of their recovery
