February the 14th day of 1734.
In the name of God, Amen.
I, Daniel Jackson, being sick and weak in body but in sound senses and memory, first, I give and bequeath my soul to God that gave it to me and secondly I commit my body to the dust from whence it came. After my body being decently buried and my just debts payed I bestow my worldly estate as followeth.

To my son, Daniel Jackson, I give and bequeath a silver spoon and my drugget vest and britches and what I have disposed myself with for his share.

To my son, Zacharias Jackson, I give and bequeath my case of bottles and what I have disposed myself with for his share.

To my son, Samuel Jackson, I give and bequeath a silver spoon and what I have disposed myself with for his share the plantation whereon I live, from branch to branch as far around the furthermost clear glade,

I give and bequeath unto my son, David Jackson, unto him and his heirs and to be free at his father's death to receive what is his own the neck of land over the branch, from branch to branch.

I give and bequeath unto my son, William Jackson, to him and his heirs the long Glade Tract of Land.

I do give and bequeath unto my son, Joab Jackson, unto him and his heirs---If either of the three should died without heirs, the land shall return unto the living.

All the rest of my moveable estate, I do give the use of it to my wife, Ann Jackson, during her life time or widowhood and after her demise or marriage all shall return unto Ruth Jackson and Ann Jackson and David Jackson and Elizabeth Jackson and William Jackson and Joab Jackson, to be equally divided.

Furthermore I do appoint, impower and intrust my well beloved wife, Ann Jackson, to be my executrix and my well beloved son, Zacharias Jackson, I do appoint, impower and intrust and Samuel Jackson, them to be my true and lawful executors as witneses unto, I set my hand and fix my seal.
