I Solomon Williams of the County of Warren and state of N. Carolina being of sound mind and disposing memory, do make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void all all former wills by me made.

Item the 1st I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Mariah A. Williams all of my property of every description whatever. Signed sealed in the presence of the subscribing witnesses.

(Daughter of William K. Kearney & Maria Alston; wife of Solomon Williams, b.1813)

This the 9th day of Feb 1894 I make this my last will - my health is feeble, but my mind is all right. I feel it my duty to make provision for my two single daughters Pattie K. Williams and Bettie K. Williams. After Mr. Pretlow is paid, I give everything I have to Pattie K. Williams & Bettie K. Williams - Halifax and Cleveland my household furniture & everything that I own I give them the right to dispose of or keep, just as they may choose.

I William A. White clerk of the Superior Court of said County do hereby certify the foregoing to be a true and perfect copy of the will of Mrs. Maria A. Williams and of the certificate of its probate as appears of record in my office in Book "Record of Wills" Pages 507, 508 & 509.
 

In witness whereof, I hereunto set my hand and affix the seal of said Court, at office in Warrenton the 2nd day of November A.D. 1899.
