This I make my last will [and] testament in the presence of these witnesses
as follows wit.
I wish that all of my property to remain as it now is So long as my wife
Elizabeth .C. RIGGAN lives and enjoy the benefits thereof her life, and at
her death I wish to have all of my estate Sold and equally divided amongst
my Children except my daughter Elizabeth LITTLE to whom I give One Hundred
dollars, $100., more than the rest of my Children
in testimony whereof I have Set my hand in presence of these witnesses-
this 16th of December 1866

A paper Writing purporting to be the last will and testament of James RIGGAN
deceased is exhibited for probate in open court and the due execution thereof
by the oathand examination of D R RIGGAN and T H LITTLE the subcribing
witnesses thereto. It is therefore considered by the Court that the said
paper writing and every part thereof is the last Will and Testament of the
said James RIGGAN and the same is ordered to be recorded and filed
[overwritten] minutes
