Solomon Williams was buried in the Arrington Family cemetery. His mother was an Arrington, perhaps a sister to Archibald Arrington, the US Congressman. Solomon’s two brothers, William and Samuel are also buried there and both served during the war. Samuel T. Williams was a Capt in the Granville Grays. William T. Williams was a Lt Col for the 32nd NC.
