when the email window appears, do not enter/type anything in the 'subject' window.
In the message body type only
    " subscribe"   (without the quotation marks)
 

You will get a notice by email, that you are now subscribed to the list. The message will also tell you how to unscribe  (you use the same above address and type -  unsubscribe)

To send queries to the list, after you have subscribed you will use this address:
NCMOORE-L-@rootsweb.com

You then, can send your queries that will be seen by anyone else subscribed to the list and you will receive any query posted by anyone else.

If you would rather not get every message as it is posted and just received a 'digest' version, you can do that also. The message you receive telling you that you are subscribed will also tell you how to receive the digest version.
