WILLIAM LAVENDER
MAIDEN — William Dennis Lavander II, 31, of 3270 Beal Road, died Feb. 7, 2002. 
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Lawings Chapel Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. 
The family will receive friends tonight from 6 until 8 at the church.
Born in Lincoln County, he worked as a forklift driver for The Boat Rack for 16 years, and was the president of the Southern Scouts. 
He was also a fireman with Bandys Volunteer Fire Department for 10 years.
Survivors include his wife, Lori Jean Anderson Lavander; one daughter, Kristen Anne Garbarino of the home; his parents, 
William and Betty Lavander of Maiden; his sister, Sandy Lavander of Maiden; and his grandmother, Mary Hovis Beal of Maiden.
