Pecan Chicken or Fish
2 cups of fine crushed pecans
1/4 cup flour
salt to taste
Roll chicken or fish in the above mixture.
Fry in oil until they are brown, will not take long pecans brown very easy.
After brown, place in a baking dish and finish cooking in oven.
When almost done, pour lime juice and a generous serving of honey butter on top the meat and finish baking.
Serve with the Fried Grits and you have a real southern treat.
