Corn Pudding Casserole

!/4 cup sugar
3 tablesppons flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
6 eggs
2 cups whipping cream
1/2 cup melted butter
6 cups fresh corn or sub. frozen or canned drained
Combine first 4 ingredients.
Whisk together eggs, cream and butter
Gradually add sugar mixture to corn .
Pour into greased 13x9 dish and bake at 350 for 45 mins
or until golden brown on top.
Let stand 5 mins before serving.
To make it Southwestern style add 1 can drained chopped green chilies and 1/4 tsp cumin.
