Cranberry Gelatin Mold

1 lg orange, seeded & quartered
1/4 c. cold water
4 c. fresh cranberries
2 - 3 oz pkgs lemon flavored gelatin (jello)
2 c. sugar
3 c. boiling water
1 envelope unflavored gelatin

Position knife blade in food processor: add orange.
Process 30 seconds or until orange chopped.
Add cranberries & process 1 minute. Combine cranberry mixture & sugar in a bowl.
Let stand 15 minutes or until sugar dissolves.
Sprinkle unflavored gelatin over cold water in a bowl, stir and let stand 1 minute.
Add lemon flavored gelatin and boiling water. Stir 2 minutes or until gelatin dissolves.
Chill until the consistency of unbeaten egg white. Stir cranberry mixture into gelatin mixture.
Pour into a lightly oiled 12 cup bundt pan or mold. (or casserole dish)
Cover & chill until firm.
