Broccoli Salad

4 Lg. bunches broccoli (or use broccoli flowers only)
1 C. Spanish peanuts
1 C. raisins
3 T. chopped purple onion

SAUCE:
1 C. mayonnaise
2 T. vinegar
1/3 C. sugar

Cut broccoli flowerets in small pieces (use of stalks is optional).
Chop onion fine. Mix nuts and raisins with above.
Mix sauce, and toss with salad.
Preparation time: 30 to 45 minutes.
Can be prepared ahead of time.
This salad keeps well for several days.
