Fall Leaf Project

This is a small project that we would do as children. Make sure that small children have help with this one.

To save those fall leaves or any leaf, all you need is an iron, waxed paper, a piece of cotton cloth, and of course, leaves.

Pre-heat your iron on a cotton setting or on high. Make sure that if you have a steam iron, turn the steam setting off.

Put your flat leaves on a piece of waxed paper. Place another piece of waxed paper on top of leaves. Cover with the cloth.

Press over the leaves, using a short, circular motion works best. Lift the cloth to make sure the wax in the paper is melting.

When finished, set off to the side and let cool. Trim around the edges, making sure not to cut too close.

Now your leaves are ready to be enjoyed year-round.
