To nephew Joel A. Heath, all my lands including the plantation whereon I live, and the two on Beaver Creek, known as the Joseph Rhem place and the John Heath plantation, including the mansion house, all out houses, mills and other improvements, for his life then to go to his children;
I give all else to my nephew also, including money on hand and that due me and he to pay my debts and funeral expenses.
