Petition to sell real estate and assets.

DANIEL PERRY, having filed his petition at the November Term of said Court as Adm’r of J. L. GARRETT, dec’d praying a sale of the real estate of said deceased and it appearing that said JOHN L. GARRETT left him surviving a widow and minor children in the state of New York, the court doth therefore order that publication be made in the North Carolina Standard, printed in the city of Raleigh, for six weeks successfully, notifying said widow and minors of said petition and proceedings had in this behalf to appear at the next term of this Court to be held for said County on the last Mondays of January next and to plead or demure to proceedings.
