NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN — That Benjamin Simmons, late of Jones County, died intestate and that at the last Term of Jones County Court the Subscribers administered on the estate of said deceased. All persons therefore who are indebted to said estate are requested to make immediate payment and those having claims against it are required to bring them forward properly authenticated within the time limited by law, otherwise they will be barred of recovery.
