HEREBY GIVES NOTICE
That he has duly qualified as Executor to the last Will and Testament of Anthony Hatch, Esq. late of Trenton, Jones county, deceased. All persons having claims against said deceased’s Estate, are required to bring them in legally attested for settlement within the time prescribed by law, otherwise the statute of limitations, in such cases made and provided, will be plead in barr against a recovery; and all persons indebted to the Estate of said deceased, either by Note, Bond, or Account, are requested to come forward and discharge the same without delay, or suits, in all cases of failure, will be instituted by Edmund Hatch, Sen. — Executor

On Wednesday the 5th of December
WILL BE SOLD at Trenton, Jones County – The Perishable Property belonging to the estate of Anthony Hatch Esq., late of Jones County dec’d: consisting of Corn—Fodder—Flour—Horses—Mules—Cattle—Hogs—Household and Kitchen Furniture—Plantation Tools &c.
At the same time and place will be hired Eighteen or Twenty valuable Negro fellows, some of whom are tradesman, and all of them good working hands, and a number of Negro Women and Children. Also will be rented on the same day, for three or more years, THE PLANTATION, MILLS DWELLING-HOUSE AND IMPROVEMENTS attached thereto, belonging to said estate.
For all purchases made, a Credit of Six Months will be given the purchasers on their furnishing bond with approved securities, before the delivery of the property. — EDMUND HATCH, Sen. Executor.
