Simmons HARRISON born Oct. 31, 1777, Jones County, N.C. died in Sumpter Co., Ala. 1855
Holland HARRISON born March 28, 1781; died Nov. 23, 1836.
Children of Simmons and Holland HARRISON:
- Nancy Spight HARRISON born Nov. 24, 1800; died Nov. 27, 1885; married June 7, 1821 to Jacob GILES.
- Mary R. HARRISON born June 2, 1802; died Feb. 17, 1837; married Feb. 2, 1820 to Nathan Bryan BUSH.
- Rebecca HARRISON born April 2, 1806; married to James B. SHINE, Nov. 15, 1821.
- Simmons HARRISON born May 8, 1817, Jones Co., N.C. died July 9, 1862; married Oct. 5, or 3, 1842; to Sara (looks like SMITH). They were the parents of Panilla who married Wm. SEMMES and Judge Benjamin HARRISON of Jacksonville, Fla. Now deceased.
- Elizabeth H. HARRISON born March 8, 1804; died Jan. 29, 1835; married James PEARCE-children: Joseph, Holland, Falkner, and Lazurus.
- Hollan HARRISON born April 15, 1808; died May 9, 1834; married WHITE.
- William S. HARRISON born June 17, 1810; died Nov. 1811.
- Matilda HARRISON born May 4, 1812.
- Benjamin HARRISON born July 12, 1815; died Oct. 10, 1835.
- Susan C. HARRISON married E. B. BLALOCK, Dec. 11, 1844.
- Larizo or Loriza C. HARRISON married Isaac KIRKLAND, April 12, 1838.
The BLALOCKS moved to Texas.
Judge HARRISON and his sister, Mrs. SEMMES, moved to Florida.
Simmons HARRISON lived and died in Sumpter County, Ala. He came there from Jones County, N.C. His Daughter, Nancy Spight GILES lived in Mississippi ; about 3 miles over the line.
