    Know all men by these presents that I Benjamin Weston of the County and State aforesaid do give and bequeath unto my wife Fanny Weston all the negroes now belonging to me during her life and after her death the same to be divided equally among my children.  it is my will and desire that my wife Fanny act as executrix and Jones Boomer as executor to this my last will and testament the same to dispose of such property as they may deem fit for the purpose of discharging my debts.  December 22nd, 1846.

    Then was the within paper writing exhibited in open court by Fanny Weston and Jones Boomer as the last will and Testament of Benjamin Weston, dec'd., who attested on their oaths that they verily believed the same to contain the last will & testament of said Benjamin Weston that the same was executed in their presents by said testator and that they attested the same within the presents of the said testator and in the presents of each other whereupon said will was by the court adjudged to be duly proved and ordered with this probate to be recorded.

NOTE:  Benjamin Weston, s/o Samuel Weston and Elizabeth Eason, was born Dec. 30, 1804 and died Dec. 28, 1846, just six days after this will was written.  Benjamin married Frances "Fanny" Boomer before 1835.
